Gerhard Keller is an authorized representative of Bonpago GmbH.

From 1992 to 1998, Gerhard Keller was employed by SAP AG, where he was responsible for the design and documentation of business processes in the SAP system, with particular focus on the development of R/3 reference process models. During this time, Gerhard Keller was involved in developing the method of ‘event-driven process chains’ to describe business processes and devised the ‘iterative process prototyping’ approach to analyzing business processes. He is the author of several definitive books on SAP business process models and an associate lecturer at Hamburg University. He completed his doctorate at Saarland University under Prof. Dr. h.c. Scheer.

Donovan Pfaff is the chief executive officer of Bonpago GmbH.

He spent four years working at the Chair of Electronic Commerce in cooperation with SAP AG. He wrote his thesis on financial supply chain management, the optimization of financial processes within and between companies. He studied business administration in Frankfurt, specializing in e-commerce, business informatics, and marketing. He has several publications and studies to his name in the field of electronic invoice creation, including the book entitled Financial Supply Chain Management. Donovan Pfaff has consulting experience in industry, banks, and public administration.
