Bernd Skiera is a professor for electronic commerce at Goethe University in Frankfurt. He manages the PREMIUM research project, which is sponsored by the BMBF (German Federal Ministry of Education and Research) and concerns price and revenue models on the Internet. He is also a member of the E-Finance Lab board. His main research interests are electronic commerce, financial supply chain management, customer management, pricing, and virtual markets. He is the author of five books, the subjects of which include quantity-related price differentiation, electronic commerce, and marketing with interactive media. He has also published numerous articles. He has recently spent extended research stays at Stanford University, the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), and the eBusiness Research Center at Penn State University. Drs Ronals Tetteroo Ronald Tetteroo is currently working as an advisor to the board of a software company and has significant control of the strategic cooperation with SAP AG. Ronald Tetteroo has more than 20 years’ experience in subjects relating to strategic technology and management. In addition, he is a founding member of Hermes House Band, which has sold over three million records.
